Frequently Asked Questions
The Answers You Need
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
Yes, you can bring their normal diets with them for their stay, we have fridges and freezers for the kennels and cattery so Raw and wet food can be stored safely.
What do you supply for overnight boarding?
We supply everything your pet needs during their stay, however we do encourage a blanket or t shirt etc that smells of home and a toy they like if they have them.
Unfortunately we can not guarantee the return of these items in the same condition as brought, as they may be chewed, soiled, deflated etc.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
You are welcome to call, email and message at any time. In your contract you will be asked if you consent to photos to be taken of your pets, if you'd like us to send updates and if you consent to their use on social media.

What vaccinations do you insist on?
Does my dog need kennel cough?
We have to insist on all our pet guests to be fully vaccinated and all up to date with fleaing and worming before coming to stay.
Not only for your pets welfare but for all animals in our kennels and cattery.
While we prefer dogs to have had their kennel cough jabs, we don't insist on it, and if your dog does have the kennel cough jab - it MUST be 2-3 weeks prior to coming in. It is a live vaccination and must therefore have that time before admission.
We will be unable to take your dog or cat on the day if vaccination proof is not provided.
Please bring vaccination card into Toot Hill with your pet.
